Additionally, he has wide knowledge of Assurance and Compliance’s, Forensic Audit, Transaction Audit and Risk Management. He has completed course on corporate governance and Governance of CSR Initiatives & Corporate Governance From Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Participated in Building Better Board by International Finance Corporation. Also Completed Course on Management Audit which includes Management, Audit of Finance, Human Resources, Marketing system, Risk Management System.
- He has been on the Board of couple public sector Banks(PSB’s), PSU’s, Government Companies. He has advised various entities corporate on corporate governance and risk management. He is member of Indian Institute of Arbitration & Meditation.

CA Pravin Kumar Agrawal
FCA, DISA Qualified as chartered Accountant 2003. He is taking care of Business Development and operation of the firm in Gujarat. He has rich experience of over 7 years of spearheading a wide spectrum of auditing including Forensic Audit & Special Auditing, Taxation including goods and service tax, Finance and Corporate Laws with manufacturing/Investment advisory companies. CA Akshay Kumar Agarwal
FCA Akshay Kumar Agarwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having an experience of 8 years post qualification in various fields of finance & commerce. Born and brought up in Kolkata, he completed his schooling from Birla High School in the Year 2007. He has completed his graduation in commerce from Bhawanipur Education Society College, in the Year 2010. He completed his (CA FINAL), from ICAI in November, 2012. Thereafter he started working in R. Kothari & Co., Chartered Accountants, for a period of 2 years. He is presently engaged in a successful profession as a practicing CA.
